DeltaLedger

FAQ

Questions worth answering directly.

Does DeltaLedger replace our PLM or ERP?

No. DeltaLedger sits on top of whatever PLM and ERP you already run — it connects what each system already knows (the BOM, the open purchase orders) rather than replacing either one.

How does data get into DeltaLedger?

Today, via CSV/XLSX export from your PLM and ERP — current and proposed BOMs, and your open purchase-order data. Direct system integrations are a real future direction, not something we're claiming exists yet.

How is the exposure number calculated?

Deterministically, from your actual open purchase-order data, and classified by confidence — known, estimated, or unresolved — so the number is never presented with more certainty than the underlying data supports. Every figure is inspectable back to its source.

What's the Cutover Simulator?

A tool for modeling different cutover strategies (immediate, phased, run-out) against real on-hand inventory, WIP, and open PO terms — so you can compare the financial and operational consequence of each before committing to one.

Is our data secure?

See our Security Overview for the honest, current answer — including verified Google and Microsoft sign-in, invitation-only role-based workspace access, tenant isolation, and what we don't claim (no third-party audit or certification yet).

Can anyone create an account and see workspace data?

No. Google or Microsoft sign-in verifies identity, but it does not grant workspace access. A workspace administrator must invite that exact email address and assign a role before the user can enter the application.

Can we evaluate DeltaLedger without uploading our own data?

Yes. The public Nova Robotics demo is fictional, isolated from customer workspaces, and read-only. It walks through the same core workflow and visual experience as the authenticated application.

Do you have other manufacturing customers already?

Not yet. DeltaLedger is early-stage, and we'd rather say that plainly than imply a customer base that doesn't exist.

What does a pilot actually look like?

That's a conversation, not a fixed package — reach out and we'll figure out the right shape together, starting with a real (or representative) engineering change from your own operation.
