About

Why DeltaLedger exists

An engineering change is a technical decision and a financial one at the same time. Most manufacturers are well-equipped for the first and poorly equipped for the second — not for lack of data, but because the data that would answer “what does this cost us, right now, on parts we've already committed to buy” is split across systems that were never built to talk to each other. Engineering owns the BOM. Procurement owns the purchase orders. By the time someone connects the two by hand, the exposure is often already realized instead of avoided.

Our mission

Help manufacturing organizations make engineering and operational decisions with the financial evidence already in front of them — deterministic, inspectable, and never asserted without a traceable source.

Our vision

A manufacturer where an engineering change never becomes a surprise on a P&L — where engineering, procurement, and finance are working from the same evidence, at the moment the change is proposed, not months after it becomes a variance to explain.

Our values

Clarity

A number without a clear source isn't a number worth acting on.

Accountability

Every figure traces to a fact and a rule — never an unexplained conclusion.

Trust

The product never claims more certainty than the underlying data supports.

Operational excellence

Built for the pace of a real supply chain, not a demo script.

Simplicity

The right answer is rarely the most complicated one.
