Agree the scope

Guided start
We confirm usable inputs and the agreed next step before work begins.
Paid sprint: $500 total — $250 after input acceptance and $250 after delivery of the agreed decision record.
Annual workspace: $7,200 billed annually, equivalent to $600 per month. The full $500 sprint fee is credited toward year one when activated within 30 days of sprint completion.
Selective pilot: 45 days with no software fee, no card required, and no automatic conversion to a paid subscription.
